Important Information about the lil gem topper hats..............
The little Gem riding topper hats are one-size fits all type hats..they sit perched on top of your head not down on the crown of your head. These are very light weight and would ALSO be great for young ladies or even Teddy Bears for that Victorian charm. The hat size is about 19" for the inside circumference and about 9" long and 7 1/2" wide.
When you first receive your lil gem topper hat place the elastic band under the back of your hair at the nape of your neck, place the hat on your head towards the front tilted to one side...these work best on the ball of your forehead. The take one hand on the front of the hat and one hand on the back of the hat and then firmly pull down to form the lil gem to your head...hide the elastic by putting your hair over it and thats it....your sure to get many compliments on your lil gem topper hat.
